3Service Delivery & Payments

Specific project timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules will be outlined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project proposals. General terms include:

• Project commencement requires a signed agreement and deposit (where applicable).
• Final deliverables are released upon full payment of the agreed project fees.
• We reserve the right to modify our service rates with prior notice to existing clients.
